Once you chose a size, color, etc. You can click on the "Add to Cart" and click on "Checkout" to proceed to the payment section. 

Looking for an item but can't find it here?

If you are looking for a product or a certain item that you want and can't find it on our site. You can request that item to be sold here and we will do our best to find the same item you want you found on other sites but a little expensive. We want to help you to get what you want with a reasonable price. You can contact us at or in our contact page to request your favorite item to be sold here without cutting your budget.

How long my order will arrive?

Your order will be processed within 3-5 days due to high volume of orders and the estimated delivery time is 7-20 days to 15-50 days maximum. Countries like USA, Canada, Most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Japan, Israel takes only a week or two for the item to arrive. The delivery time will vary depending on the country you ordered from.

Note: Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspection can be a factor during shipment and it depends on how fast custom in your country process the package. We have no control of this situation

Where are your items shipped from?

Our items are stored in our warehouses and suppliers in Singapore, Kuwait, Russia, Japan, and China. Your order may be shipped in separate packages and arrive in different day.

Product is damaged or has an issue. What will I do?

If you received your item and it is damaged in transit or have an issue. You must send us a picture of the item. Ask for a refund before 14 days. We will be giving you full refund or a replacement depending on what you will choose after confirmation. Please refer to our Refund Policy page.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fee is covered by us. Unlike from our key competitors. We want our customers to not worry about purchasing an item and the shipping fee will cost more than your ordered item. We always choose the best and fastest courier available in your country for your order to reach immediately. 

Note: All applicable customs and import duties, fee, taxes in your respected countries are the responsibility of the customer. International returns initiated due to refusal  to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

However we declare the price as low as we could, so you could avoid paying taxes and other fees.

What payment option do you have?

We have 2Checkout and Paypal payment system integrated in our website. We accept all major credit cards. We want you to have an option to choose which payment method you like. Payment processed with us is secured and confidential.

Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?

Unfortunately, we do not accept Cash on Delivery(COD). But we are considering it in the future. .

I did not receive my product. What will I do?

If after 60 days of your purchased and you still haven't received your order. Please contact us and we will give you a full refund.

Where can I track my order?

A tracking number will be given to you within 3-5 days. You can track and check your order on our website.

I cannot track my order?

If you're having trouble and cannot track your order. Please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll help you. 

Do you give refund?

Yes! We offer full refund within 14 days. A full refund or an order replacement will be given to you, depending on what you choose. Items will be inspected first before proceeding to the process. Shipping fee of a return will be paid by the customer.

I have received a wrong item/color/size. What should I do?

If you have received a wrong item/color/size or different from what you've ordered. Please let us know and we will replace your item in a timely manner and you can keep the item as a token of apology for the mistake we made.

Incorrect shipping address. What will I do?

If you have entered a wrong shipping address. Please contact us immediately for the next 8 hours to change your shipping address to the correct one. If shipping has been processed, It is not possible to change the address.

My payment does not get in or go through. What's happening?

A few reasons why your card is not getting through, (1) If you're using Paypal account, Your shipping address and credit card you are using should be the same in your Paypal order to get through. Because Paypal detects it as a fraud if it's different from what is registered in your account. (2) Your card has insufficient funds. (3) Your card is expired.

Item was marked received but I still haven't get it.

Once you received an email that your item has been delivered but still did not get it. We recommend you to check your local post office for your item.
